Knitting
We have associated with Knitting Units in Tirupur with German Made 36 Terrot Knitting Machines makes about 5000 Kgs of High Quality soft & Durable fabrics. A variety of knitted fabrics are produced starting from the basic jersey, Interlock, Pique, Rib, Auto striper with 70 Color + Lycra, Jacquard + Wrapper with 72 color + Lycra. Collar: - 16 & 114 – Plain + Platted jacquard.
Processing
We have associated with sustainable and resilient processing unit. The unit aims to achieve the environmentally sound management of chemicals and wastes, in accordance with agreed international frameworks, and significantly reduce their release to air, water and soil in order to minimize their adverse impacts on human health and the environment.
Cutting
Cloth cutting is a delegate process that we do meticulously to make sure the fabrics won’t get frayed and damaged during the process. The State of the Art - Cutter enables High Precision Cutting of Fabric to ensure Accurate Shape & fit of the garment and produces about 15000Pcs Per day.
Embroidery
Our automated embroidery machines are made in Tajima, Japan equipped with different aspects of Embroidery such as cording, roping, sequins, boring and mirror work that significantly enhances and embellishes the garments. In addition, Applique Laser Cutting Machine and SEIT Laser Bridge enables multitasking of applique and embroidery. Machineries for Studs, stones and bead work are all in house.
Printing
When it come to printing , we are committed to excellence as we employ advanced types of printing equipment to achieve an outstanding daily output. We handle various printing specifications such as Non PVC Prints, foil prints, pigment prints, puff prints and more…
Sewing Section
18,000 Sq.ft. sewing floor equipped with 150 latest machines such as single needle lock stitch machines, cover stitch machines, flatlock chain stitch machines, button hole machines, buttoning machines, Bartag machines, Elastic attachment machines, snap button automatic machines etc. Our production floor handles all types of knitted high Fashions garments based on customer needs.
In House Lab
Right through our production processes, we have rigorous testing of physical and chemical parameters to ensure zero defects. The balanced combination of supervisory personnel and sophisticated machines in laboratories could provide competent test results..
Ironing &Packing
After checked the garments it sends for pressing. Here we do vacuum & ironing for good presentation. After Ironing garments will have added much value. After that we add hang tags & EAN codes for branding. Later it covers up with single polybag and stored into cartons
Dispatch
Once we done the final inspection, we securely attach strapping to protect carton damage and theft while transporting. Later cartons send for ports after customs clearance it will loaded into containers and ships. We will track every shipment until reaches customers warehouse.
